In your muscles, bones, fascia, posture, and mind.
Using a blend of techniques such as relaxing massage, deep tissue work, foot reflexology, trigger points, holistic pulsing, psoas release, joint movement, postural patterns, grounding, expression and movement every session is guided by your personal feedback and the sensations your body communicates in the moment.
Touch can be gentle, firm, or sometimes absent โ always in attunement with what your body needs. The intention is to help you reconnect and experience your body on new levels of awareness.

Shoulder or neck pain? Most of the time you tend to just ignore it untill it goes away? The first thing to reovery is to take the step. At Amagdala the main focus is to love all of your feelings, even the challenging ones like that nagging shoulder.
Monthly maintanance of our body is something that most of us forget. Just like stretching after exersicing. And yet even a single session is a step towards a healthier life. even 90 minutes of just breathing and meeting yourself where you are now can help your sleep, mental capacity and emotional regulation deepen instantly.
Depending on the person and their personal current themes, a single session focussed on surface relaxation works for a few hours or a week.If you want more than short relief from symptoms. And are curious how to create results that will last up to a lifetime, I reccommend booking one of the more extencive treatment programs available. During the single session we can discuss the options.
