Using a blend of techniques such as relaxing massage, deep tissue work, foot reflexology, trigger points, holistic pulsing, psoas release, joint movement, postural patterns, grounding, expression and movement every session is guided by your personal feedback and the sensations your body communicates in the moment.
Touch can be gentle, firm, or sometimes absent โ always in attunement with what your body needs. The intention is to help you reconnect and experience your body on new levels of awareness.

In-Depth Treatment Program
Shoulder or neck pain? and you realised just receiving a relaxing massage works on surface level and then its back or even worse. At Amagdala the main focus is to love all of your feelings, and I encourage you to meet them at a deeper level.
Is this all, is the thought that your having with just monthly relaxing massages. This didnt heal me. It might even be so that you feel less ease after a good session because the defences surrender to the real pain. You deserve to feel more pleasure and freedom.
With the In -Depth Treatment Program you allow yourself to feel deeper into the everything. You might have heared, the body keeps the score. The question is, what is your body trying to tell you, and why? We work with short chewable goals to feel the pleasure and gratification of progression.
You can’t heal it all in one lifetime.
Nope, how much I would want to give you the world if I could. You are not a victim of your body, nor am I the one that will heal you. What we can achieve is to live a life with more ease, pleasure and to love it all in a way that doesnt feel like a struggle anymore. Small goals mean small steps and in the long haul, the best progression. Depending on the person and their personal current themes 3 or 5 sessions can be enough. You are welcome to bring in new goals as you wish.
Each program comes with a telephone intake and evaluation, deep intergration after each session, personal guided meditations based on your themes and tips and tricks to bring this easefull lifestyle into your home.

A single session can bring relief from symptoms.

When you are currently in therapy, I collaborate with your psychologist when appropriate because working together can strengthen and support your process to love yourself deeper.
